Ordered from Razer.com. Razer support was helpful in the sense that they are responsive. However, for high-bandwidth applications, the docking station will likely not be reliable. I'm running a Razer Core X with a Vega 64 on a Thunderbolt 3 dock connected to my Thunderbolt 4 computer. This setup works great. I wanted to upgrade to a Thunderbolt 4 dock to eliminate any inefficiencies associated with using a Thunderbolt 3 dock to port my Razer egpu. This setup did not work with this Thunderbolt 4 Dock. This dock is having trouble maintaining a connection to the EGPU. Random shutdowns occur while playing. He will stutter.
