I am quite sensitive and I have to say that after working with this instrument I feel a difference in my tissues. Unfortunately it's made out of 'foam' material because it looks like a 'cheaper' product but as it actually works for me I can't complain. I don't travel with it, but it seems small enough to pack. Different handle functions make it easy to use in different places. I keep it in a small basket next to my couch to use while watching Netflix. Otherwise I might never pick it up and it would become invisible in a drawer somewhere. I would recommend this to anyone looking to take care of themselves and learn how to use this in some sort of routine that you already have.
