Back of heel causes blisters; definitely not memory foam
Back of the heel is made of rough material and cut slightly high so it causes blisters, like some other reviews have said. I tried adding heel cushion protectors and that helped a bit, but it also makes the shoe feel tighter with the cushions in. In general I would consider ordering half size up because the toe area is a bit tight
