This product is the best 3 star product ever. It's absolutely mediocre. First, the ingredients are pretty decent, which I knew when I bought it. ALWAYS read the ingredient list, ladies and gentlemen! And the rose scent is MUCH better than the blue OG version. It really brightens up. There seems to be a flickering or something, but it's not really. It's great for makeup-free days when you just want to add some luminosity under the eyes, but that's literally about the only thing it's good for. It's not very moisturizing and there's no makeup that sits well on it. No combination of concealer and setting powder worked with this product underneath. And of course, you can't wipe it over makeup since you're taking your makeup off and putting makeup on the Tula product, which is likely to cause pimples when you reapply it later. save your money under the eyes, reduce sodium/sugar and use skin care products that lighten them over time. (Yes, I say no need to buy eye creams.) And always make sure to wear the SPF throughout the day! I just saved you a lot of money please ;)
