This headset turned out to be one of those rare finds. You know, a quality product at an incredible price. I've paid almost 3-4 times more for typical name brand products but couldn't figure out why their ratings were so low no matter where you shop. Now I understand why. This device is smaller than I thought it would be, has great battery life, is comfortable, and most importantly, has great sound quality. I can make hands-free calls on my Galaxy Note 9. Pros: Sound: Very clear with no interference or crackling. No complaints from the other end of the line, even on the street. Comfort: very comfortable and very light. I don't even need a plastic earhook to hold it in my ear. Ease of use: Absolutely simple and straightforward. Durability: This appears to be a quality product. but as soon as I did that, it connects immediately. Noise Cancellation: Can't honestly comment as I wasn't in a windy or noisy area. Voice Activated: Uses Samsung Bixby and Google Assistant with great results. Just talk, no buttons to press. Box: Very nice gift quality box, 3 ear tips, even two plastic ear hooks in case you lose or break one. Price: Incredibly low price! Cons: Can be improved according to the instructions.
