Dog is comfortable in it
We bought this for our older dog who loves to go for a walk but sometimes needs a rest. She is 12 pounds and we have the XL that fits. After a few rides in it, it now seems comfortable to ride in it. My only two complaints: 1) We ordered orange and got pink. We decided not to mess with environmental waste and replaced it with our favorite color. 2) I wish the waist belt was a little longer. But otherwise our dog feels fine.
