Review on Sharemind Platform by Matthew Miles

My favorite thing about ShareMind is how it integrates so many different platforms, from email to social media monitoring for my business. I like that you can easily add new tools as needed in addition to keeping up with all your existing ones. It's not perfect but their customer support has been great at helping me troubleshoot any issues and making suggestions. If they would improve their platform by adding more integrations between products or allowing better sharing of information amongst themselves then this could be an amazing product. Monitoring multiple sources of communication and getting actionable insights into what resonates best with our audience.
