Magnetic switch not working?!?!? But a quick and easy fix from great customer support!
My magnetic switch/wiring is not working. The device itself is fine, but without a working magnetic switch it becomes rather useless for me. I sent an email to Awoco and I hope they can help me to fix the problem. I will revise my review if corrected. Otherwise it will be sent back as it does not serve its purpose. UPDATE: Excellent customer support. We wrote about the problem and found a solution within 24 hours. Easy to install and works as expected. Recommended for entrances to houses with high traffic.
