Review on Epsilo by Chad Mills

I like that it's an all-inclusive solution, with everything from credit card processing to accounting/payroll services in one place! The support is great as well - they are always willing to help you out if needed or answer any questions when using their platform. It would be nice for them to have more customization options available (like being able to create your own fields), but this isn't necessarily something we can control either way so not much of anything here really. We've been very happy overall at how easy our team has gotten used to working within Epsilo over time. They also do training sessions regularly which helps keep everyone up to speed quickly. Managing employee payments was previously difficult since there were many different providers involved; now things just get done faster because payment goes through once instead of several times per month. Also makes payroll super simple :) Having full visibility into where every dollar comes from allows us make better business decisions about what areas need improvement most.
