I like this light much better compared to flash. It's continuous, so not only works for video but also for pictures, giving you more options than a light that's designed for just one use. I can easily adjust the brightness of the color temperature with the rotary knob on the back. The LED panel makes the image and film much smoother and eliminates dark areas when shooting. Good for shooting in dark environments. When it works well with my camera and gives me great close-up lighting. Works great for any videographer or photographer.
