My Surface Ergonomic Keyboard broke so I decided to try a mechanical keyboard. This keyboard was a lot cheaper, but it was a pleasure to type on. Cons: 1) no numeric keypad. I don't use it as the digital pads were designed for right handed people which I am not. But if the number pad is important to you, then this one doesn't have it. 2) No palm rest. For me, the main problem is that when I touch the keyboard, I actually accidentally press a key.
