The shelf has a beautiful design, modern and unobtrusive when not in use. It was easy to install with the included plastic wall anchors. The only problem is that when installing in drywall, the design does not allow the use of butterfly anchors, which are much stronger than plastic anchors. A better design would be if the shelf had a hidden passageway in the front where it could be bolted to the wall. For example, behind foldable coat hooks.
