Never leaves my camera
I bought this to extend the time between charges. The A7rii is a great camera, but the batteries (currently used with Ravpower brand batteries) don't last long. I thought I could play around with this grip but now I don't think I can do without it. The ergonomics in portrait format are great. The only thing that bothers me is the position of the trigger, which is flat instead of angled. The original Sony A7 was also flat, but they improved on the Sony A7rii by incorporating an angled shutter button. It seems strange that Neewer's grip doesn't match his durability.
