Cut out the back of the ankle
I really wanted to love these shoes! The color and initial fit were good. However, the first day my 8 year old daughter put them on, the shoes kicked so hard on her ankle. She was uncomfortable wearing any shoes for several days. I was shocked to see how badly they cut them. I immediately returned the product and got my money back.
