Everything came in one piece. Nothing is damaged or open as I have seen in other reviews. I will try now. Update: 1st attempt: difficult, but I managed it. Square nails but couldn't figure out how to align the bottom of the nail without breaking the polygel and changing the shape of the nail. 2nd attempt: I came up with a few tricks. 1) Smooth the bottom of the nail after curing the top for 10 seconds. This way the nail form won't move while you smooth the floor. 2) Non-acetone nail polish remover acts as a slip solution. I only used slip solution and nail polish remover on the first try. CONS: breaks down quickly and I can't get a complete set that lasts more than a day. I don't make them thin or too thick. I've tried everything and they break. If you want them to last longer then you need to layer something on top of them other than a top coat. I used a gel top coat on one side and gel paint on the other and the painted arm lasted longer. So you need to apply more than just a top coat. Quantity: 4 jars Gel colors are incorrectly listed in terms of quantity per container. At first you would think it is big and full as it gives the impression of a deep container. Oh no! Imagine a container that appears to be an inch deep and filled with product, but actually only holds about 1/4 inch of product. That became clear to me after a single application. the black floor was immediately visible. False advertising on the oneNail file, poor quality and unusable after the first set. Only one side is filed. The thumbnails do not completely cover the thumb. On the sides I have to apply more and more polygel. I think all polygel kits should come with nail tips or press nails because I think it makes them last longer. Top Polygel. hopefully this will make them last longer. I'll let you know how it goes.
