Review on Not Your Mother's Naturals Butter Masque Green Tea/Apple 10.0 Ounce - The Ultimate Hair Treatment by Rebecca Walker

For reference, this is an updated review. I first bought this conditioner last spring and to be honest it was my favorite conditioner I've ever used at the time. After that I bought it a few more times before switching to another deep conditioner for a while but it had half the product and was a lot more expensive so I decided to come back to it. I think the one I just bought has expired or its formula has changed. The first one I bought had a really nice apple blossom scent, the matcha was weak and the consistency was super weird but luxurious "thick gel" consistency, I remember it clearly because it seemed so strange to me at the time, but it was really so very nice on my curls and had incredible distribution. However, the one I currently have has a very strong blood odor, similar to an intense metal odor. Also, it has a very different consistency, similar to Garnier or Ogx. This one came without a seal or anything and looked like they dug up a product as well. However, there is no need to return the money. My initial rating of this product was a simple 5 stars, but the experience was so off-putting that I reduced it to two. For context, this was my first review. - My hair is 2b-3a and was more in the 3b-3c range with tighter coils before. This is one of the most moisturizing and defining conditioners I've ever used and I've bought it multiple times, love love love!
