This pillow is attached to the headrest with two non-adjustable straps, so the pillow can only reach the base of the headrest. If you have a long torso and your shoulders are at or above the base of your headrest, you can adjust the headrest so that the pillow touches your body from the neck up. If your torso is short and your shoulders are lower than the base of your headrest, the pillow cannot be lowered below the base of the headrest. Only the back of the head may touch the headrest. The pillow cannot reach any part of your body below the back of your head. This isn't necessarily a bad thing if you plan to use a headrest to reduce or eliminate the gap behind your head. However, if you want to use it as a neck pillow, you will be disappointed as it doesn't reach your neck. The pillow is durable. The fabric coating feels slightly rough. Possible weak spots are where the garters are sewn to the fabric, but they're not difficult to fix. The lid is removable should cleaning be required. In general it is well built.
