Replaced the grille and badge on a 2012 Tahoe and it fits and looks very good. So, I can't speak to install an OEM grill. I didn't try. But there are some $100 Tahoe grills at Revain that fit great 😆 The rear emblem worked well (you take everything off and it's just a sticker on the back of the emblem so there's not really anything to put on) . Would definitely buy it again

Really good design. The emblems are completely flat and do not follow the contours of the body at all, leaving gaps between the emblem and the front grille or tailgate. The rear emblem is the worst as the tape is thick and leaves a noticeable gap. Looks terrible. I take it off and use a different glue. I installed it in a 2012 Chevy Suburban. I don't think they bothered to test it on a vehicle or they would have seen the problem and fixed it.

Installation on our 2007 Chevy Tahoe was easy. The hardest part is removing the old emblem. The front emblem screws right after removing the old emblem that I just snapped off. It was held in place by plastic screws (not technical I know). The new rear emblem came with 3m adhesive strips which worked great. The old one was glued with the same glue. The emblems themselves were of amazing quality. They are metal and direct replacement. The front was easy to assemble. Two 10mm screws behind the front grille. I had small hands so I didn't have to remove the plastic of the engine compartment to get the bolts. The back end was a little tight. The rear badge didn't fit with the "placement aids" attached, I had to manually attach it. The next morning it was on the floor, the double sided tape wasn't secure enough (luckily I have 3M Extreme Weather Tape which did the job). Screws are required to mount the front emblem. They do not fit quite as advertised. The front emblem comes with threaded studs that thread into the back of the emblem with a flat washer and nut to hold it in place in the grille. The threaded studs have only two threads of engagement with the emblem and feel very loose. The emblem itself does not fit snugly on the grille. So replacing the front and rear emblems should have taken about 30-45 minutes if they sent the correct screws for the front. They didn't. They sent bolts that were too short and Home Depot didn't have 10-24 headless bolts. Great product so far and very satisfied. The original emblems are plastic and were easy to remove. The front is held in place by metal clips that slide out and fit into a 10mm socket.
