Stop spending money on fly vinyl and buy the real thing. A must for anyone who has textured butterflies on their trucks. Installation was easy on both. If you are having trouble, there are many videos on the internet that can help you.

Black bow tie front and back perfect for my 2015 Chevy Silverado. I had concerns about the front but it fit perfectly. The tail also matched the contour of the tailgate perfectly and the adhesive backing was very strong, they are there and I don't have to worry about them coming loose. worth your money.

Product arrived in good condition, wrapped in plastic. Taking the old one off was a bit of a chore, but we watched a video tutorial that helped with the front one. The back took a lot of time, solvent and a rubber scraper to finally remove all the glue from the old one. But I've been wearing the new black ones for about 2 months now and they still look brand new!

I put it on my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT. The factory gold patch was removed and it fitted perfectly. There are other grid icons here that require you to remove the grid to install them, but not this one. This snaps into place like a factory badge. The badge on the tailgate is not yet mounted as it is only 5 degrees above zero, it is the sticker on the sticker with the adhesive on the back. Save yourself the huge headache of removing the grille and buy this badge instead.

Ordered another set that I thought would fit. I was wrong. Apparently they changed the design after a few years. The grille was straight and the tailgate was bonded well. There are several ways to remove both. The way I did it, I used a plastic tool (a mold removal tool) to remove it. Broke a tab but it didn't matter. I ran the leash back behind her and pulled her through. Then I used a plastic tool to scrape most of it off. Buy an eraser for a drill. Easily remove all buildup.

Easy to apply, all you have to do is remove the front emblem (we used a butter knife to pry the corner and it popped right out) and just do that push new ones on . The rear emblem is glued, we used a heat gun to melt the old glue and then took it off with fishing wire. He will leave a trail, but goo-gone will remove it immediately. Then simply attach the new one to the back. Looks great! Spend a little more money to buy a GM model and not fake or decals. they don't look that good.

Attaching the front butterfly seemed tricky at first. The trick is to remove the four screws on the bottom of the grill cart and then the screws holding the grate on top. Next, lift the entire grill and pull forward slightly to access the clips on the back of the standard butterfly. After removing the stock butterfly, fitting the black front butterfly is very easy. The quality of the flies is excellent, if not better than the original flies. I definitely recommend this product.

I have a 2014 Silverado 1500 and it was pretty easy to put on. I definitely recommend having some plastic tools and some slime. The front emblem just came loose and unfortunately the clips on the original bow tie broke but oh well. The new one snapped into place with no problems. The rear emblem is easily removed at the expense of fishing line. It took a lot longer to remove the glue, but once I realized I was out of slime bottle I just soaked the rest of the glue on the slime free truck and…

Finally got a chance to install it over the weekend. BIG difference and lots of compliments! It's not difficult to install if you know what you're doing.
