Excellent attachment! I hooked up a 46 inch Samsung TV to it. You really can't screw up the setup. Basically there are three of them. Two of them are screwed vertically to the TV, the other plate is screwed horizontally to the wall. TV on the horizontal part, connect them together and voila! You have to be careful how you drive the screws into the wall. I was lucky to have two wooden studs that you can screw the horizontal part into, it's very easy. But in my case I had a metal hairpin. I had to take different screws (fine thread sheet metal screws) and screw them in the middle of the plate. To make it more reliable, I put several dowels on the sides and screwed the screws in. The more screws, the more screws the better - well, that's ugly too, but you might already be out there by the time you need to remove the bracket. The wall bracket has a very thin profile. Less than 2 inches between the back of the TV and the wall. It's actually a bit tricky to get your fingers in and plug something into the HDMI and USB interfaces. But it works as intended. It looks great on my wall!
