This is the worst printer I have ever owned. Don't buy this if you ever want to print on envelopes. I'm trying to print envelopes for Christmas cards - a standard printer request. I have 157 to print and of the 24 I've now printed LARGE (ONLY THREE envelopes fit in the paper tray at a time - GOOD*) 6 are too crooked to use and the machine has jammed 5 times. * If you add more than 3 envelopes, it will surely get stuck; at 3 it gets stuck half the time. Right now it's telling me there's an envelope stuck that needs to be removed from the back of the device (which I've already done - I could barely get the envelope out - two more times; the other times it was jammed in the front). , but the envelope is not visible and of course inaccessible. So I took the printer apart just to make sure I can't see any paper anywhere. But they are definitely there and will not work. Now I literally can't print my envelopes. Or anything else for that matter. This is the first time I've tried to print with this printer. And this is without a doubt the worst printer I have ever owned. I highly recommend a printer with a rear input tray. I'll get that now. But how frustrating it is. Look at the photos of the error message and the compartments - they are surprisingly small.
