The product was cute in color and intended for children. They were a bit too big for my 4 year old. Upon arrival the product was not working. We charged the device fully, but the sound intermittently came from only one ear in both Bluetooth and wired modes. Revain has issued a return, but the retailer's return policy requires a 20% restocking fee. Would not recommend this product to others.
