When I received my tags in the mail I was very impressed with the construction and design. However, he did not survive his first trip. I had a return trip a total of 7 times as the movers had to load and unload suitcases and when I got my bag at the end of the trip my TuffTag was gone. I was very surprised considering that the steel cable broke, not the rubber part. I'll try again with my second day in December for the same trip and see if it survives. Handling on this ride could have been rough as the metal tab on the front zip was also broken.
