The ball is very cool at first. You can't turn off the light. Even if you can't see it, if you use it, it runs all day, so it waits for the battery. It will only be a night ball. We don't necessarily want to store a lot of balls, we don't have enough space. The ball was difficult to inflate properly, we tried our electric pump and manual. After the second electrical attempt, the balloon was sufficiently inflated and this time remained inflated. We got this ball for my son for his 12th birthday a week ago and have been using it for 3 days and it already looks the part. I'm very disappointed as the reviews were pretty good. As a sphere it works great and lights up very cool. Wasting 8 batteries at once and coming off is a bummer and I honestly wouldn't buy them again or recommend them because of it.
