I bought a deck of cards intrigued by the design shown. To my surprise, there were also some good trick cards in the deck that are great for making an ultimate 3-card monte, and another trick I haven't figured out yet. (13 of spades card?) Anyway, I liked the deck when I first bought it, but I lost interest in the look because all 52 cards are black and I really like having cards that have red/black in them contrast their different colors. . Some card tricks don't have the same effect on spectators when it becomes difficult for them to identify their card. The ability to blind the viewer is key in card tricks, and the deck sometimes causes a slight hesitation and/or confusion with tricks. Either way, it's still a great card game to play poker, blackjack, or practice tricks on yourself.
