My husband has recently put up a small gazebo with a lattice wood top. I wanted to add some light to the patio for when we are dining outside. While these small bulbs don't give off a ton of lights individually they are great when run back and forth in rows. I took the whole 100ft string and ran it back and forth in rows across the top of the gazebo. This provided enough light to dine under as well as play board games. I would say that it is would be a little to dark still for something like reading really small print or doing needle work but it should be fine for general use. The string is pretty substantial so you would want to hang it on small screw in hook or mount it will u-shaped nails.Overall I am very pleased with how these look on my gazebo and how they improve the overall appeal of my backyard.
