The stabilizer is great when you have a lens fully centered on the mount. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, SmallRig Phone Cage #3077, Moment Anamorphic/18mm Wide/58mm Telephoto lens and CPL/VND filter. Generally, my weight is 550 grams. Knowing that lenses compensate for the weight, I figured there was a way to counteract the off-center weight. There's really no way to do this without duct tape attaching the coins and coins to the base. Honestly there is no way to add extra counterweights. My other big complaint is that you can only use the zoom and capture features with their camera app. You can't control more expensive apps like Filmic Pro or the native iPhone camera app... 🤦🏻♂️If you choose Zhiyun Smooth 4 in Filmic Pro, you can choose a gimbal. If you check the Bluetooth settings, the stabilizer will show as connected. But it still doesn't control the standard iPhone or Filmic Pro camera app. It's so annoying because I believe you can do it with Weebill S. Your support is anything but outstanding. They don't offer any real help. I think it will be another comeback. No one offers a lightweight gimbal for larger iPhones. I am so disappointed.
