In order to really use this thing, you need to buy a lot of other things for it. More about its cost. And then for two) So calculate your capabilities))

    Pros
    • An interesting handy thing, I took it under gopro 8 black. Not designed for heavy cameras.
    Cons
    • Useless without a native application on the phone. The app only works on compatible phones. It starts everywhere, BUT . It just does not find either the camera or the stand-ins. There is a pure wireless combination of WiFi + BT. Cheap smartphones do not fit. I took a Samsung s9 on sale as a control panel for this case. Before that, I suffered for 2 weeks - I already wanted to return everything back. Without ating the smartphone to droid 10, it did not want to work at all. There is also a problem with installing gopro cameras on stand-ins. You need an adapter, which is not in the ru . And it is not included with either the gopro or the standicam. One sneaky store sells them for 600+ 450 shipping. Takes an advance payment and merges. I sawed it myself from another unnecessary bracket. A lot of "shamanism" with ates and firmware.

A good product, I advise you to try it.

Tested the stabilizer incomnjunction with XT3 Do not forget, the stabilizer has 3 motor modes: min - for action cameras med - for smartphones (default) max - for photo cameras

    Pros
    • Simplicity compactness Convenience Low price Convenient balancing Support for mounting cameras, smartphones Good autonomy Excellent box (case)
    Cons
    • It almost doesn’t cope with mirrorless cameras harder, you have to edit it at the post (see video review) Doesn't connect with some phones

    Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.

How would you explain?! That's when you bought an Aston Martin spy car and you weren't allowed to use the whole range, you get the idea). Very, very raw software, very limited! Could have been a decent gimble, but. I'm giving 3 stars just for the quality. Has pros: The assembly and quality of materials are on top, for their money of course! The idea is good, and with practically no competitors in its form factor, they could finish the software, expand the number of models under control, add…

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

In general, the cons are more related to the camera and its software than to the stabilizer, the stabilizer itself is made with high quality, it has good software, the shooting modes are very diverse, I just would like to get the maximum opportunities without crutches. For example, to have a charge port located in a more convenient place, and also not Micro USB, but just USB, which is quite logical. The system of assembly, balancing to make it more convenient and faster, with the memorization…

    Pros
    • 1. Lightweight. 2. Can control via Wi-Fi not only the phone, but also some system cameras, mainly from Sony (I was able to connect my Sony RX100 m5). 3. The stabilizer can be controlled with a smart phone. 4. Can charge the device right during the shooting (with some reservations, see cons). 5. It can recharge itself from a power bank. 6. Has an OLED display and a clear menu. 7. Has many shooting modes. 8. On the side of the handle there is a 1/4 thread for installing additional equipment (Light, voice recorder, display, etc.).
    Cons
    • 1. Do not quickly balance the camera before shooting. Before that, there was Zhiyun Smooth 4, so I took it out, put the phone in and use it, it needs to be corrected every time, because in order to fold it, you have to knock down some of the settings. 2. This, of course, is not a minus of the stabilizer, but a minus of my camera, but I will mention it here, maybe it will come in handy for someone. If you connect a Sony RX100 M5 camera via Wi-Fi (I think with all other versions of M1,2,3,4,6,7, like A6400,6500,6300, etc. it will be the same) to the stabilizer, then the control menu parameters of the camera becomes very limited, it is impossible to change the video shooting profile (PP1-PP7) either in the camera menu or in the remote control menu from a smartphone. 3. I will break the problem of charging the camera / smartphone during shooting into several parts: a) The Micro USB connector is located on the right circular hinge in close proximity to the charging port on the camera/smartphone. To connect it, you need a very short cable so that it does not cling to the stabilizer during shooting and does not prevent it from spinning. Even 25 cm cable is a lot. You can try to twist the cable and fix it somehow away from the stub levers. b) Since the stabilizer has a Micro USB port, and my camera also has Micro USB, it is almost impossible to find a Micro USB - Micro USB cable, and therefore I use a Micro USB - USB 2.0 adapter, which also needs to be bought the smallest one so that it does not stick out and did not cling to the stub lever. c) The voltage supplied by the stabilizer to the Sony RX100 m5 is not enough to keep the charge at the same level right during the shooting. I had 1 division of charge on the camera, I connected the charger, the camera soon turned off. Maybe it will be better with a full charge, I have not tested it yet. d) For Sony RX100 M5, not all cables are suitable for charging, with very cheap Sony goes into USB connection mode, instead of charging. 4. The 1/4 thread is in the vicinity of the adjustment lever, which does not allow you to fix the same recorder directly to the handle.

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

I bought it for shooting from a professional compact canon g5x mark2, and was able to connect it with a stub, although it does not officially support it, the record button and zoom began to work (but not smoothly, but jerkily). In the future, it connects automatically if you select a WiFi connection on the camera. Videos are sooo smooth even with the in-camera stub turned off

    Pros

I did not find the advantages of the product, I do not recommend it.

I had three jujuns the first mobile Q did not last the warranty period. Repaired under warranty. Further, the crane m2 subject failed at the most inopportune moment on the journey. stopped turning on. There is nowhere to repair, there is nowhere to buy a new one either. Wilderness. In Turkey. I found the same one on the local ebay. Worked for 1 day. Motors failed. Now I carry two bricks with me. I don’t even know whether to fix it in 2022 or throw it away here. Repair from 5000. At a price of…

It is of good quality, but I won't buy it again.

The Sony Xperia C5 phone with Android 6.0 started without problems. The Sony RX100 MK3 camera still connected with some difficulties. 16,990, in general, the money spent is not small, everything is not so simple here. If some bugs are fixed with the firmware, then a quite worthy device will come out, for mirrorless cameras, action cameras and communicators. I personally do not need a mini usb -mini usb cable to charge the camera from the steadicam. There is a second battery available for the…

    Pros
    • Compactness, mobility and relative lightness of the steadicam. It is controlled from the proprietary ZY Play application. Videos have become smooth and enjoyable to watch. There is noticeably less work on Adobe Premiere Pro during editing.
    Cons
    • 1. The main disadvantage is that the camera's LCD display in video mode becomes dim, hard to see on a sunny day. It is difficult to visualize the picture when shooting video. In the camera menu, setting the mode to max. brightness but it does not help, does not work when working together with steadicam. Only in the photo shooting mode everything is more or less visible on the LCD screen. 2. Zhiyun's software crops many functions of the camera. 3. The zoom is slow, at first nothing happens and then it sharply brings the object closer, you need to adapt. 4. With a sharp tilt of the steadicam, there is a risk of the mirrorless camera falling into a tailspin, and at the same time the device is quite light, about 300 grams, with an allowable load on the steadicam of 720 grams.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

A very good option for a universal steadic for action cameras and small video devices. Pros: Universal stand. Works very well, lots of options. Good software, not buggy unlike Feiyu. You can hardly hear the motors running. Good range for balancing, very convenient to mount the equipment. Good range in terms of weight and dimensions of the equipment used. Good equipment - there is a stand, a type C cord. I have enough battery with proper balancing for 7 hours in the summer. In winter, it will…

    No Proof Stabilization

This is the hardest pose I've ever had to stabilize in my life. The instructions are terrible and the website video isn't detailed or helpful. I will definitely come again. This is not the best stand for new camera users

    Extremely difficult to set up

I really wanted to use this product as it is really versatile and allows you to use a small DSLR, a pro camera or a phone. The materials appear to be of good quality, but assembly is extremely difficult. It takes 1 to 2 hours to balance and still feels uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me, but still it's a terrible user experience. management makes no sense. The instructions are terrible. A very impractical product for on the go. When I use my phone and get a message, forget it's shooting. There…

    • Not as thick as other models

Purchased March 2021. Broke out in September 2021. For 6 months it was a decent stabilizer. I used it with my GoPro Hero 9. During a photo shoot I put it on a tripod for 2 minutes while getting something out of my camera bag. I heard the gimbal start making a weird rattling noise and then the motors stopped completely and have not run since. Went back and forth with support for a replacement. They sent me a Word document form and an Excel spreadsheet form to fill out. I have to pay shipping to…

    Just not quite there.

The stabilizer is great when you have a lens fully centered on the mount. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, SmallRig Phone Cage #3077, Moment Anamorphic/18mm Wide/58mm Telephoto lens and CPL/VND filter. Generally, my weight is 550 grams. Knowing that lenses compensate for the weight, I figured there was a way to counteract the off-center weight. There's really no way to do this without duct tape attaching the coins and coins to the base. Honestly there is no way to add extra counterweights. My other

Amazing device for my Sony ZV-1!

Works like a charm, allowed me to record amazing 4K videos on the ZV-1. I now use it to complement my Sony 4K AX-100 with a large telephoto lens. Balancing the camera is actually quite simple, don't overdo it. If it looks balanced (there's almost no resistance to rotation about the three main axes), then it's balanced! It's not about stressing the motors, it really doesn't take 3 hour YouTube videos to balance :-). You can move forward and backward on three axes to fine-tune the balance. Just…

Great product but won't keep my Hero9 up

First of all, I fell in love with this product as soon as I opened the box. Excellent build quality and the product fits your hand very well. I bought it with my new GoPro Hero 9 and had high hopes of using this product to enhance my creative talent, but unfortunately my joy was short-lived. I've watched many videos on how to balance an m2 faucet with GoPro. and from there my arduous journey began. Before I talk about that, you should know that along with my action camera I also bought the Hero

    Almost perfect stabilizer

First, I use it for my iPhone 11 with an anamorphic lens attachment. I felt that my other gimbal couldn't handle the extra weight even with counterweights. That's why I bought CM2. This will be the basis of my evaluation. Two things keep me from being the perfect stabilizer. First, the ZY Play app. Camera for phone app is as simple as it gets. Motionlapse mode is terrible. You cannot specify where the camera should point. The built-in presets for this are weird, as they have weird starting…

    Ultimate Travel Gimbal

I bought a Weebill lab earlier this year and it has been one of my best purchases to date. It was a harness that suited my needs. Small, light and has enough weight capacity for my setup. I wasn't planning on buying another gimbal any time soon because the Weebill is more than enough and I don't plan on using a bigger camera than the one I already have. However, everything changed with the announcement of the Crane M2. I realized that there were times and moments when I wanted to be discreet…

    My first gimball!

I am just starting out in the world of photography and videography. I have an a6000 with a kit lens. I travel and eat, so having a lot of complex gear is a problem for me when I'm backpacking a lot. I tried to choose between Crane M and Crane M2. I'm very glad I chose the Crane M2 and here's why! Crane M2 Pros: A brand new product, so lots of support and better software! The thing is light and small! Great for long term storage and easy to pack away for all travel needs!
