Review on Zhiyun Crane M2 Official - Handheld 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer for Mirrorless Camera, Gopro, and Smartphone with Grip Tripod by Alexis Guiney

Purchased March 2021. Broke out in September 2021. For 6 months it was a decent stabilizer. I used it with my GoPro Hero 9. During a photo shoot I put it on a tripod for 2 minutes while getting something out of my camera bag. I heard the gimbal start making a weird rattling noise and then the motors stopped completely and have not run since. Went back and forth with support for a replacement. They sent me a Word document form and an Excel spreadsheet form to fill out. I have to pay shipping to send it to them and they said it could be over a month before I get a replacement and it won't even be new. The woman I spoke to says the turnaround time is longer because they are doing other things and hopes I understand that. I understand that their products shouldn't be that reliable when they are so busy with other things. I read that this is a common problem. That's a lot of money to spend on something that will fail in 6 months. Let's see what happens with the replacement, I will never buy this company again.
