I have a 12 year old yorkiepoo with anxiety issues. He can no longer get a haircut at the groomers, because he is a nervous wreck. Therefore, I have become the groomer, and I have absolutely no experience. I was nervous about trying the grooming myself, but I ordered this clipper. I followed the directions and carefully started the haircut. And If I do say so myself, Winston looks pretty darn good! The noise level of the clipper is low, so it doesn't scare him. I would highly recommend this clipper.
