But does the job. for makeup

I wish I could give this product 3.5 stars. It certainly helps prep the mascara and waterproof it to some extent, which is a boon for people like me with oily eyelids. The precautions are to apply it with a delicate hand otherwise it will stick together and transfer clumps to your final look. It is also very difficult to remove completely. Finally, it smells like latex paint. Am I using it? If I have to. Would I buy it again? When nothing else was available.
