Overall I am very happy with this kit, but I would recommend some instructions or a diagram of how to set up the easel. If you haven't used a french style easel before then it is a bit confusing. Once I got it all set up I was very happy with it. I particularly like that I can move it up and down depending on the size of my canvas or where I am painting. I never have to bend over to paint the bottom of the canvas because that part of the stand slides up and can be locked into place. Brushes are good quality and I was impressed with the size of the paint jars.
