My daughter got it as a birthday present and she loves it. We didn't want to spend $50 on a wand at Hogwarts at Universal Studios so this was a great alternative and it glows unlike the expensive ones. The only technical complaint I have is that the light sensor is extremely sensitive and will turn on and off at the slightest movement. It seems silly to complain about it, which is why it still gets five stars. Comes in a beautiful box with a molded plastic stick liner. It's a durable material and I appreciate the dimming feature as the light can be a bit intense when aimed directly at you. It's great for basic spells, good for polymorph (our neighbor's cat learned that the hard way), but that cruciferous curse is a godsend. Stick with Avada Kadavra and you will be fine.
