I've only made two cold brew concentrates - one bagged and one bagless. The bag empties faster and without problems; the bagless method requires extra help and takes a little longer. The taste of the concentrate is sooo rich/full and smooth! Both methods produced a great dark but clear/clear concentrate with an equally strong/delicious taste. This type of coffee wakes up and delights the true lover... I brewed small batches in a French press - not quite a concentrate, much closer to the recipe I would use for a hot press coffee... so it took one little while tweaking a bit to forgive how much water/cream/simple syrup needs to be added to get it right, but not too much. I think I'll try to use packages in the future because it gives some ease/convenience.
