I love this thing. I'm a nurse and I don't mind being touched on my baby's butt (to be honest nobody wants to think about where my fingers have been). What annoys me is the presence of waterproof barrier ointments on all my fingers, not to mention the waste. Anyone who says it washes off easily shouldn't be using a very good product because its job is to protect the skin from moisture. Anyway, this product keeps my hands clean and applies a nice, even coat to my third baby's butt. Once applied, I simply wipe off the rest (significantly less than on my fingers) with the inside of his new diaper. It's super easy, super effective and worth the money. I'm sure the amount of cream I don't waste pays off for the tool. I wish I had this for my first two kids and it will definitely be a baby shower gift this year.
