Overall a good video surveillance system. Turning on the monitor and hard drive was very nice. Being able to spectate with the app is nice because it allows me to check my house when I'm away/at work etc. Setting up the system is easy but the real problem is that the cameras are location dependent. I had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi on 1 camera due to thick walls, but the cameras have wired connections which solved the problem. That's not a negative, it's just that my house has solid, thick walls, which makes Wi-Fi an issue. Keep in mind that the cameras require an outlet to set up, so I had to order extension cords for power. Again, this is not negative, but only informs the buyers. The image quality is good and the software is easy to use. I love this system and am glad I bought it. It's easy to use and has everything you need at a great price.
