I love these bath sponges. Used it for my first baby and bought another one for my newborn. This is great for little newborns who are losing control of their bodies because they aren't sliding or scooting all over the tub. Most babies are too young, at least a few months old, to take a baby bath. You just slip around this thing and fall sideways. Answer = this sponge! The sponge stays wet with warm water, which baby loves, so it stays in place. It's also flat, so it doesn't tilt sideways and hardly falls into the water. My daughter is almost 3 months old, she still has room to grow. Definitely recommended for the first months of a baby's life!
