It's hard to judge this objectively as I'm not sure if it's completely safe for my teeth, but after use I see some improvement. Remember that it only removes superficial stains, so if that's enough for you, give it a try. It's definitely grainy, but it reminds me of the paste they use in the dentist's office when they polish their teeth. Good mint flavor and easy to use. There are many products that you can use infrequently that won't run out until you can judge for yourself. I usually use it 3 times a week, I don't brush very hard and I notice some improvement.
