Worked a little for me
Has it changed my life outcomes with the color of my teeth? no Do they look a little white? Yes they did. There are no instructions that come with the kit. It's kind of a guessing game on how to use the product and how much whitening gel to use. But other than that, it's pretty easy to use, hands-free, and has a built-in timer. It certainly whitened my teeth, but I still wish they were whiter.
