So far so good, best in the accessories section
I realize the headline doesn't inspire confidence, but I'll admit I weighed the risks and rewards and took the risk. The battery was very easy to install on the camera, I was a little surprised that the 3 inch tape from the battery to the power cable is black on the white cable adapter but that didn't bother me so no problem. It was cheap from a third party in a region known for inconsistent quality and cheap/bulky/junk parts, but I've stopped visually inspecting the outlet every night, so that's a good sign.
