I ordered these shoes for my granddaughter and she really liked the small heel. She was so excited to dress up and wear for her father and daughter for the first time. They had a great time on their date but when they got home my granddaughter was so disappointed when one of the bows fell off her shoe one night. They didn't find him in Dad's truck. Her mother examined the other shoe with the remaining loop and saw that it was only attached to a thin prong. Something is happening so I contacted the seller to ask for help with my faulty purchase thinking they would fix everything. THEY NEVER ANSWERED. So yes I have spent money on this product and my granddaughter has a pair of shoes with only one bow. Dissatisfied.
