This is a collection of large loops made by pulling the ribbon. Expanding the arch, in the center you can find two ribbons. Holding the ribbons down and then pressing the small plastic clip that holds each section in place, the loop will open section by section until the loop is fully formed. I've been using these types of bows for a long time (if you can find them) and they can be tricky. If you look and see their design, you will better understand how best to open them. I tested the purple bow and it was a bit difficult for me to open the last part and it took me a little more effort than I thought so I'm deducting a star. This set offers a good range of colors and they're very attractive and a good size. What I like best is that they store flat and take up little space. Arches that are already formed are difficult to store and often flatten or lose their shape when you really need them. I'll be looking for these smaller bows to add to my wrapping supplies. The price for 17 sheets is unbeatable.
