They are not very good Surgical quality scissors
A very cheap way to distribute scissors where you might need them. I have added them to the first aid kits for each of our cars as well as the travel first aid kits in flight. No, these are not surgical scissors. They cut. They are cheap. They will be way better than any other pair of scissors I might buy because they will actually be there when needed. I can even afford to lose one or two.
