Not Useful/Not Working

So this product is not working for me. It's fully charged, but as soon as my dog barks, and believe me, his bark gets loud. It does not matter. Whether tight-fitting, in the middle, on the side or behind. It doesn't squeak, vibrate or wobble. Now when I test it with a lease-free test suite, it works. It doesn't work at all with rent and when it's on a dog it still doesn't work. Also, I want it to warn of ONE beep and then vibration/shock, not THREE beeps and then vibration/shock.
