Review on Wahoo by Matthew Burnett

I like how easy it was to set up my account, there were no issues with getting started or training us as we had previous experience in other systems. We are able to track our shipments from beginning through end of process including picking/packing etc., so that all parties involved can see exactly what's going on at any given time and be informed when changes need made. The customer service has been great! They have helped me resolve an issue very quickly which i would otherwise not have found out about until after shipment date. It could use some updating but overall this works well for shipping purposes. Tracking your packages throughout their life cycle makes things easier than if you only tracked them once they arrived.
