While I didn't need customer service on this particular item I did need customer service from both Shark and Ninja about a month ago and received two of the worst experiences ever. I’ve tested most of the pieces of this set and mostly like it. The pans are heavy and sturdy. The non-stick property is AMAZING! My son loves using this to cook chicken, turkey burgers and asparagus. He says it comes eggs perfectly. We do use a little avocado oil when frying. The coating is great! Nothing has stuck to the pans, so cleanup is easy. We have only used silicon utensils. This set is all you need! Very pleased with these so far. It's almost like cast iron. The pans have not warped when used in the oven at 350 degrees. Recommend!

The quality of this set is excellent. I love Ninja products and they have always lasted a very long time. The lids fit nicely. The non-stick works very well. They cook evenly and heat nicely.

This is a solid go-to for anyone building out a kitchen. It has everything you need too. I found it to be super easy to clean and very durable. The pots stack pretty well too so it's easy to put away. I am not a big fan of spending a ton of money on pots and pans and this works out really well. The pricepoint is not cheap but it's a great buy for what you get!

These are high quality pans with thick walls and heavy bottoms to retain heat without burning. They look nice and feel nice in the hand. They are heavy duty without being too heavy to easily use. I love the non-stick coating that allows you to use metal utensils and not just nylon ones. This Ninja set is just 💯. The quality feels very well done, definitely made for tough scrubbing. This is a proper nonstick set because literally, nothing sticks. I made sure to use it for almost a month before putting out a review because with the price point I wanted to make sure it did everything it said it would do. I was looking to replace my T-fal pans and came across this Ninja C39600 Foodi NeverStick Premium Hard-Anodized 13-Piece Cookware Set. I have several other ninja neverstick cooking sheets and a pan that work amazingly. I am so happy to finally have a set of cooking pots and pans. This set is easy to store, easy to clean and I swear my food taste better after cooking in these types of pots and pans. I highly recommend this set!
