This is by far the best pot and pan set I have ever owned. Here is the rundown.1. Each item in this set is heavy duty and excellent quality. I have owned multiple brands of pots and pans: Kirkland signature, Rachel Ray, Bialetti, T-Fal, and several other off brands and these are the best performing by far.2. The inside of the pots and pans is textured much like a cast iron skillet.3. You have to make sure the pan is hot enough befofe you use it! This is key to ensure it's non-stick power. The instructions cover this but I made a video of how to tell when the pan is ready. This does not mean heating the pan on high, these do take a bit of patience. That being said, you can easily add a dab of oil and they won't stick even if not fully hot.4. They are dishwasher safe and scratch resistant. I have a gas range with metal grates that has decimated my other cookware and this set has held up beautifully. The bottom did get a bit discolored but not bad.5. They are smaller than other sets I have but I found this has made it easier to not have as many leftovers for my family of 4. It has helped me cook just the right amount.6. If I had to be critical of something it would be the lids. Other brands I have use a venting hole mechanism on the lids and these you have to tilt the lid in the pot to prevent spillovers. With a venting hole feature these would be the best ever.Overall I think this set is an excellent investment and I have been greatly impressed by how far this brand has come in developing high quality kitchen accessories!
