Please note: This is $13 for a small bottle of polish and a buffing pad. That's what the description says, but it also says in a few places that it comes with a dual-action polishing head. There is nothing "double-acting" about this product, so calling it a double-acting power supply is a blatant lie. I believe this is a deliberate misrepresentation as no one in their right mind would pay $13 for a piece of styrofoam and a tiny bottle of polish that is not enough to polish even one car. Plus, the dual-action attachment (for YOUR drill bit, sold separately) costs $60, which is 2-3 times the price of many other original polishers on Amazon. This item is non-refundable, so by the time you realize your mistake, it will be too late. Stay away from Meguiar's "double acting" products as they are intentionally misleadingly overpriced. Instead, get a big bottle of polish and buy real DA polish.
