It's not a good product, it's a pity that I spent money on it.

The benefits of the headphones have already been mentioned. My goal here is to highlight the ways in which these headphones fail. As a gift to myself for the upcoming New Year (2022), I treated myself to a new pair of headphones. For the first few months after making the purchase, I had no problems and was quite satisfied. That's when we started seeing the shoals. For a brief period of time, I lost my internet connection. Not at all throughout the first four months. All the bells and whistles were in good working order. The annoyance level is moderate at best. The headphones' form factor is the same, though. A common problem with headphones is that they fall out of the ear and are lost. It requires regular adjusting and reinsertion into the ear with greater force. Almost every ten minutes, I perform this ritual. It doesn't matter how still I am, they still manage to escape. I started cleaning my ears right away, but even after 15 minutes the headphones keep falling out. Whether the issue is on my end or with the headphones, I can't figure it out. While I can't speak to the stability of other Bluetooth headphones, I can say that corded earplugs never migrated. Suddenly the worst of it started to happen. Issues with charging. I plugged in my completely dead headphones and case to charge over night. Like clockwork, I plan on starting the day with some tunes. When I connect my headphones, I can tell that the battery is almost dead. I didn't expect that at all. As I continued to observe, charge, and discharge, I eventually understood what was going on. The headphones' charging port is "loose" in the casing. There isn't a particularly tight fit between the headphones and the case. It's because of this that we can't make contact with the charger. Yes, I cheated. Very disappointingly weak charging system design. These issues and inconveniences first appeared only four months afterwards. Also, I listened to music or podcasts for about two hours per day while wearing headphones. Along the routes taken to and from the workplace. I'll have to see how long I can get by on my battery-powered cane. Sony is no longer something I intend to purchase.
