I have to say I used to give a bad review after discovering I had damaged the cable I needed for the front camera and took a while to find help. The US number was not taking messages at this time, but I contacted customer service on Facebook and on https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/. I ordered a replacement cable and it didn't work for my app, but I sent pictures of my connection issues through Facebook and we were able to figure out the issue. A replacement unit was sent to resolve an issue with my first DVR which I unsuccessfully locked when trying to update. Let's face it, not all of us are computer savvy, especially me at my age. I'm old school and mostly looking for phone support. Today's young people are much more experienced with Facebook chats and email, but with the help of Lvbo we found out that I had an older version of the camera and the connections were a bit different. The updated version solved my problem and I am very happy with the result. The sole purpose of these cameras for us is that in the event of an accident, we have video evidence of the incident. But I have to say that I enjoyed posting a few videos about my trip to Dayton. Thank you BlueSkySea for a great product. The video from this dash cam is speculative and many will enjoy posting adventure riding clips. If you have a problem, help is there.
